Facebook has just launched four new features to help users buy and sell more online. Starting today, the social network is introducing a new feature called Marketplace that is powered by OfferUp. The feature is aimed at helping you find and buy locally-sold items. It uses scanned barcodes and text descriptions to help you find items, and lets you view posted photos and write reviews of the items for sale.
